Personal Information We Collect

• Business contact and other information (such as job title, department, name of organization)

• Transaction details (e.g., purchase history, fuel card usage);

• Vehicle identification number where it relates to provision of services by QuikQ; and

We will only collect sensitive personal information about you with your knowledge and/or where necessary to comply with applicable laws or undertake credit checks where your Social Security number may be required. By providing us this information, you agree that we can collect, store, use, and transfer it for the purposes provided and as may be permitted under applicable law. You further agree that you will not send us and will not disclose to us any sensitive categories of information unless required by us to provide the services for which you have contracted with us.
Use of Cookies

Purposes for Which QuikQ Processes Your Personal Information
Business Operations
Providing, researching, developing and improving our products and services; concluding and executing agreements with our Commercial Customers, Suppliers and Business Counterparts; settling transactions with our Commercial Customers and Business Counterparts; managing relationships with our Commercial Customers; and marketing new products and services to our Commercial Customers. Only authorized personnel have access to your information, and they are required to maintain its confidentiality.
Organization and Management
Organizing and managing QuikQ’s business including financial management, asset management, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, implementation of controls, management reporting, analysis, internal audits and investigations.
Legal and/or Regulatory Compliance
Complying with legal and/or regulatory requirements or for a secondary purpose where it is closely related, such as (i) storing, deleting or anonymizing personal information, (ii) fraud prevention, audits, investigations, dispute resolution or insurance purposes, litigation and defense of claims, and (iii) statistical research.
Reasons Why QuikQ Processes Your Personal Information
• In order to take steps at the request of an individual prior to entering into a contract;
• Where it is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation to which QuikQ or its affiliates is subject to;
• Where it is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling an agreement with a Commercial Customer, Supplier or Business Counterparts and the legitimate interests pursued by QuikQ or its affiliates;
• Establishing a cardholder’s identity if requested by your employing or contracting company;
• Completing credit checks in relation to key personnel for Commercial Customers;
• Operating accounts and facilitating access to and use of the online services made available to Commercial Customers by QuikQ;
• Assessing and/or reviewing the account status and/or purchase record of Commercial Customers; and
• Registration for other related products and services offered by QuikQ and changes in account payment methods.
Parties With Whom QuikQ Will Share Your Personal Information
• Affiliates of QuikQ;
• Authorized third party agents, service providers, external auditors and/or subcontractors of QuikQ;
• A third party in the event of a business transition such as a merger, assignment, acquisition of another entity, or sale of a part or all of our assets; in which case personal data may be disclosed to the third party or your personal data held may be among one of the assets transferred;
• A governmental authority or regulatory agency to which QuikQ or its affiliates is subject; and
• As necessary or appropriate to enforce our terms and conditions, and to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of QuikQ’s affiliates, you or others.
Limiting Information Sharing
You have the right to limit certain types of information sharing. If you wish to opt out of sharing your personal information with affiliates or third-party partners for marketing purposes, you can do so by contacting us at privacy@quikq.com. However, please note that some sharing of information with our affiliates is essential for the operation of our services and cannot be fully restricted. This includes sharing for transaction processing, account management, and other operational needs. Please be aware that it may take a few days for any opt-out request to take effect. During this time, you may still receive communications or have your information shared with affiliates.

Mobile Application
If you use our mobile application, you can update your information directly through the app. Navigate to the settings or account section to make changes to your profile, payment methods, or other personal details.

You can also update your information by contacting our customer service team. They can assist you with updating your details over the phone (855-947-2787) or via email (customer@quikqsupport.com. Please have your account information ready when you contact us.)

Please note that it may take a few days for changes to be fully reflected across all systems. We strive to process updates as quickly as possible.
